Nisha, a transgender woman from Pakistan living in the Netherlands, is preparing for her long-awaited gender-affirming surgery. However, as the date approaches, she begins experiencing unsettling visions and eerie disturbances in her apartment. A shadowy figure seems to lurk in every reflection, whispering doubts and fears that threaten to unravel her sense of self. As Nisha struggles to hold onto her reality, she is forced to confront the ghosts of her past and the terrifying possibility that something—perhaps even herself—does not want the transformation to happen.
